Every puppy is guaranteed against life-limiting congenital and hereditary defects for two years from the date of birth. The guarantee is written into your contract, not implied.

The terms, plainly
Have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian within 72 hours of go-home. If that exam finds a congenital defect, return the puppy with the written report for a full refund or a replacement from the next litter — your choice.
For two years, if a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-limiting hereditary condition and a second veterinarian confirms it, we replace the puppy at no cost. You are never asked to return a dog your family has bonded with.
The guarantee requires reasonable care: current vaccinations, a quality diet, no forced exercise before growth plates close, and spay or neuter after 12 months for companion placements.
At any point in your dog's life, for any reason, we take that dog back. No Much Amazing Labs dog goes to a shelter.
